Guarantee Bill Pay

How do I know that my bills are being paid?

You know when your bills are being paid because you pay all of your bills.  When you join the program, you set up an account with a bank of your choice from which to pay your creditors.  You are in charge of the account and have full access to it at all times.  You deposit money into this account from each paycheck you receive.  We negotiate with your creditors to lower your interest rates, balances, and monthly payments on your debt.  In this settlement process, we work to get you the best deal and lowest balances that we can.  As soon as DebtEliminator101 has negotiated and set up all agreements with your creditors, you have the opportunity to either accept or reject the settlement.  If you approve of the arrangements, you then make the payments yourself to your creditors.  Again, you only pay the bills when you agree to the terms of the settlement and when you have enough money saved up in the account.  In the process, we will help you stay on track and discipline yourself as you make those set payments to your creditors.

Because you only pay your settled account balances when you are ready, it is important for you to save as much as possible each month in your account.  This speeds up the settlement process and allows you to become debt free sooner.

When you join the debt settlement program, you stop making your monthly payments to your creditors.  Instead, you take the money and put it in your account and then pay the settlement in one lump sum.  We inform your creditors of your enrollment in our program so they understand why payments have stopped.  Since they are eager to receive at least some payment from you, rather than nothing, they are more willing to negotiate your debt with us and settle for a payment that is less than your original balance.

It is important that you report all your accounts to DebtEliminator101 when you join the program and that you not seek to settle some, while continuing to pay others monthly.  The creditors with whom you are seeking to settle will see that you are still paying on other accounts, and will not take seriously your efforts to settle your debt with them.  They will want to be paid in-full like your other creditors.

Remember, when you join the program, you control how and when your bills are paid.
